What does it cost?
Pricing is per gift and depends on pack size and customization:
- Hatchling — 3 cookies: from $24 ($31 fully customized)
- Raptor — 6 cookies: from $44 ($52 fully customized)
- Apex — 12 cookies: from $84 ($92 fully customized)
- Colossus — 5 lb giant cookie: $79
Fully customized includes your logo on every cookie and a custom note card.
Shipping is a flat $15 per gift.
How far in advance should we order?
Five weeks from confirmed order to delivered gift is the comfortable window for customized orders — that covers artwork, proof approval, label printing, baking, and transit.
For December delivery, lock your order by October 31. Production capacity fills before the calendar does.
Shorter timelines are often possible. Tell us your date and we'll tell you honestly whether we can hit it.
What if we're not sure what we want yet?
That's normal, and it's most of what we do. Tell us the occasion, roughly how many people, and when you need them. We'll come back with a recommendation and a timeline you can react to.
Can you ship to multiple addresses?
Yes — to recipients across the continental U.S. Send us a spreadsheet with names and addresses and we'll handle the rest. We'll provide the template once we connect.
What's the minimum order?
We recommend 20 gifts or more, though we can often accommodate smaller orders. Just ask, and we'll let you know :)
Can we add custom branding or a personalized note?
Yes. Your logo goes on every cookie, printed in black ink on the label. Custom note cards and messaging inside the box are available too.
Send us your artwork — vector files work best — or we'll create a mockup for you to approve.
Do you offer rush orders?
Sometimes, depending on volume and timing. Rush orders typically include an expedited fee. Tell us your date and we'll give you a straight answer on whether it's possible.
How long do the cookies stay fresh?
Each cookie is a half pound, which is part of why they stay soft. Standard cookies stay fresh at least 7 days; the 5 lb Colossus lasts longer.
Do you accommodate allergies or dietary restrictions?
Our cookies contain wheat, eggs, and dairy, and are made in a facility that handles peanuts and tree nuts. We can't guarantee allergen-free products. If you have recipients with restrictions, let us know and we'll help you plan around it.
When will someone respond to my quote request?
Our team typically responds to corporate gifting requests within one business day to discuss details, finalize quantities, and coordinate delivery. A real person, not an autoresponder :)
