The brand graduated from “you’ve gotta try this” to “you can come visit us”—opening the first café & retail location in St. Paul.

If a franchise deal had been made with the Sharks, T-Rex Cookie may have kicked the bucket. This was the era where resilience mattered most, and the brand kept pushing forward.

T-Rex expanded beyond the counter: frozen cookie dough launched in retail (including a January launch with Kowalski’s), and the footprint kept growing fast. By this phase, the brand was scaling hard.

T-Rex Cookie opened a kiosk at the US Bank Stadium, fueling football fans with cookies for years to come!

T-Rex expanded into a “you can grab this anywhere” kind of brand with the MSP Airport location opening. You can now find T-Rex in Concourse C, for "Cookie"!
